Defend your base from the enemies by building towers. But watch out, you have to go back through yourself too.


Controls:

Tower building phase: click on a tower location to see the options. Click on an tower icon to build that tower. For the laser, you have to aim it with the mouse, confirm the direction by clicking.

You can re-target a laser by clicking on it, aiming it again with the mouse, and clicking to lock the direction.

Running phase: use WASD, the arrow keys or the mouse to move. The character walks to where you are clicking.


This game was made in 48 hours as a submission to the GMTK game jam 2023, with the theme "Roles reversed".

Great game! I like the way the tower radius is displayed depending on where the mouse cursor is - it's a nice detail and a good way to show the player only the information that they need to know. 

This could be fun to play in multiplayer where one person controls the build phase, and another player is in charge of the running phase
